ABSTRAK ANALISA TERMODINAMIKA PENGARUH PERUBAHAN TEKANAN VAKUM KONDENSOR TERHADAP HEAT RATE TURBIN UAP PLTU TENAYAN UNIT 1 Pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (PLTU) Tenayan unit 1 mengalami perubahan nilai tekanan vakum pada kondensor. perubahan nilai tekanan vakum ini mengalami penurunan sejak unit 1 Commissioning Of Date (COD) pada tanggal 22 September 2017. Hal ini mengakibatkan efisiensi siklus dari turbin uap unit 1 PLTU Tenayan mengalami penurunan, yakni pada nilai Efisiensi Pembangkit/Termal, nilai Turbin Heat Rate serta nilai Efisiensi Termal Turbin. Dengan pendekatan analisa termodinamika menggunakan software Chemical Logic Steam Tab Companion dan parameter operasi di monitor HMI turbin unit 1 sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui pengaruh perubahan nilai tekanan vakum kondensor terhadap nilai Efisiensi Pembangkit/termal, nilai Turbin Heat Rate serta nilai Efisiensi Termal Turbin. Hasil yang didapatkan penelitian ini yaitu turun nya nilai efisiensi pembangkit/termal sebesar (14,3667 %) dimana saat commissioning (53,4093 %) dan aktual (39,0426 %). Nilai turbin heat rate mengalami kenaikan sebesar (24,803 kJ/kWh) dimana saat commissioning (67,4040 kJ/kWh) dan aktual (92,207 kJ/kWh). Nilai efisiensi termal turbin mengalami penurunan sebesar (2,1687 %) dimana saat commissioning (80,7583 %) dan aktual (78,5896 %). ABSTRACT THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF CHANGES IN CONDENSOR VACUUM PRESSURE ON THE HEAT RATE OF STEAM TURBINE PLTU TENAYAN UNIT 1 The steam power plant (PLTU) Tenayan unit 1 experienced a change in the value of the vacuum pressure in the condenser. This change in the value of vacuum pressure has decreased since unit 1 Commissioning Of Date (COD) on September 22, 2017. This resulted in the cycle efficiency of the steam turbine unit 1 PLTU Tenayan decreasing, namely the value of Generating/Thermal Efficiency, the value of the Turbine Heat Rate and Turbine Thermal Efficiency value. With a thermodynamic analysis approach using Chemical Logic Steam Tab Companion software and operating parameters on the HMI turbine unit 1 monitor so that later it can be seen the effect of changes in the value of the condenser vacuum pressure on the generator/thermal efficiency value, the value of the Turbine Heat Rate and the value of the Thermal Efficiency of the Turbine. The results obtained in this study are the decrease in the value of generator/thermal efficiency by (14,3667 %) where during commissioning (53.4093%) and actual (39,0426%). The value of the turbine heat rate increased by 24,803 kJ/kWh) which was during commissioning (67.4040 kJ/kWh) and actual (92.207 kJ/kWh). The value of the thermal efficiency of the turbine decreased by (2.1687%) where the time of commissioning (80.7583%) and actual (78.5896%).
