Abstrak :

ABSTRAK Analisis Kepuasan Pegawai Penerapan E-Office Saat Pandemi Covid-19 Menggunakan Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) (Studi Kasus : Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Riau) Elektronik Office (e-Office) adalah suatu sistem yang berhubungan dengan administasi, secara maya memusatkan komponen-komponen sebuah organisasi dimana data, informasi, dan komunikasi dibuat melalui media telekomunikasi. e-office merupakan software dan digunakan untuk menyusun pola pekerjaan yang sudah atau akan dilakukan oleh pegawai, menyimpan, dan mengontrol konten-konten yang ada di dalam organisasi secara elektronik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yang memiliki 5 variabel yaitu Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, Timeliness. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi secara keselurahan dari pengguna sistem yang diambil berdasarkan pengalaman yang menggunakan E-Office terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Adapun populasi dan sampel digunakan adalah pengguna E-Office. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pengguna E-Office dan sampel yang digunakan dalam sebanyak 80 respondent. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa hasil Uji F secara keseluruhan didapat F hitung > F tabel (2.887 > 2.34). Dapat disimpulan bahwa variable (X) mempunyai pengaruh secara bersama-sama dapat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variable (Y). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa pengguna E-Office belum memuaskan karena ada variable yang bernilai negative atau tidak signifikan. ABSTRAK Employee Satisfaction Analysis of E-Office Implementation During the Covid-19 Pandemic Using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Method (Case Study: Department of Community and Village Empowerment of Riau Province) Electronic Office (e-Office) is a system related to administration, virtually centralizing the components of an organization where data, information, and communication are created through telecommunications media. e-office is software and is used to compile patterns of work that has been or will be done by employees, store, and electronically control content within the organization. The method used in this study is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which has 5 variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, Timeliness. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the overall system users based on the experience of using E-Office on user satisfaction. The population and sample used are E-Office users. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population used in this study is E-Office users and the sample used is 80 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the overall F test results obtained F count > F table (2.887 > 2.34). It can be concluded that the variable (X) has a simultaneous effect on the variable (Y). Keywords: E-Office, End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), User Satisfaction
