Analisis Pengaruh Jumlah UMKM, Jumlah Penduduk dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Riau Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Riau, untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah penduduk terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Riau, untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi Riau. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisi regersi berganda. Diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) sebesar 0,977. Artinya adalah bahwa sebesar 97,7% variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh jumlah UMKM, jumlah penduduk dan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 2,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model regresi ini. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variable jumlah UMKM, jumlah penduduk dan tenaga kerja secara bersama- sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan hal ini dibuktikan dari uji F dimana hasil F hitung (181,502) > F tabel (3,708) dengan Sig. (0,000) < 0,05. Sedangkan secara parsial, jumlah UMKM diketahui t hitung (5,367) > t tabel (2,228) atau Sig. (0,000) < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa variabel jumlah UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kemudian variabel Jumlah penduduk diketahui t hitung (2,329) > t tabel (2,228) atau Sig. (0,042) < 0,05.Artinya bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kemudian variabel tenaga kerja diketahui t hitung (1,830) < t tabel (2,228) atau Sig. (0,097) > 0,05. Artinya variabel Tenaga Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: UMKM, Jumlah Penduduk, Tenaga Kerja, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.

Analysis of the Influence of the Number of MSMEs, Number of Population and Manpower on Economic Growth in Riau Province The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of MSMEs on economic growth in Riau Province, to determine the effect of population on economic growth in Riau Province, and to determine the effect of labor on economic growth in Riau Province. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.977. This means that 97.7% of the variables of economic growth are influenced by the number of MSMEs, the population and the workforce. While the remaining 2.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model. The results of this study conclude that the variable number of MSMEs, population and labor together has a significant effect on growth, this is evidenced by the F test where the results of F count (181,502) > F table (3.708) with Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. While partially, the number of MSMEs is known to be t count (5.367) > t table (2.228) or Sig. (0.000) <0.05, which means that the variable number of MSMEs has a significant effect on economic growth. Then the variable number of residents is known t count (2,329) > t table (2.228) or Sig. (0.042) <0.05. It means that the population variable has a significant effect on economic growth. Then the labor variable is known to be t count (1.830) < t table (2.228) or Sig. (0.097) > 0.05.
