ABSTRAK ANALISIS USABILITY PADA FITUR PEMESANAN MAKANAN DI TRANSPORTASI ONLINE (GOJEK, GRAB DAN MAXIM) MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE Saat ini layanan transportasi online sangat ramai dibicarakan dan menjadi salah satu tren dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Selain karena memudahkan masyarakat dalam memesan, transportasi online ini juga membuat masyarakat lebih hemat waktu dan tenaga. Salah satu fitur yang diberikan oleh beberapa transportasi online adalah fitur pemesanan makanan, dimana fitur ini beroperasi dalam hal pemesanan makanan melalui driver dan tempat makan yang dipilih. Ada beberapa fitur pemesanan makanan yang ada saat ini yaitu Gofood pada Gojek, Grab Food pada Grab dan Maxim Food pada Maxim. Persaingan yang sangat ketat di masa sekarang membuat keberhasilan produk tidak cukup dinilai dari fungsional teknologi yang dimiliki melainkan juga melibatkan kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna atau yang dinamakan user-centered design. Dalam melakukan analisis usability terdapat beberapa metode yang bisa dilakukan salah satunya adalah System Usability Scale. Hasil dari metode ini berupa skor yang nantinya akan diinpretasikan dengan beberapa pendekatan. Adapun hasil analisis SUS usability pada Gofood di Gojek setelah dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner adalah sebesar 71, untuk Grab Food di Grab mendapatkan skor 64, dan Maxim Food pada aplikasi Maxim mendapatkan skor 53.

ABSTRACT USABILITY ANALYSIS OF FOOD ORDERING FEATURES IN ONLINE TRANSPORTATION (GOJEK, GRAB AND MAXIM) USING THE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE METHOD Currently, online transportation services are very busy being discussed and become one of the trends among the people of Indonesia. Besides making it easier for people to order, this online transportation also makes people save time and energy. One of the features provided by some online transportation is the food ordering feature, where this feature operates in terms of ordering food through the driver and the selected place to eat. There are several food ordering features currently available, namely Gofood on Gojek, Grab Food on Grab and Maxim Food on Maxim. Today's very tight competition makes the success of a product not only judged by the technology it has but also involves the needs and desires of users or user-centered design. In conducting usability analysis, there are several methods that can be used, one of which is the System Usability Scale. The result of this method is a score which will be interpreted with several approaches. The results of the analysis of the usefulness of SUS on Gofood on Gojek after distributing the questionnaire were 71, for Grab Food on Grab got a score of 64, and Maxim Food on the Maxim application got a score of 53.
