Abstrak :
Kabupaten kampar merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Pulau Sumatera dengan potensi besar terhadap pembangunan ekonomi melalui sektor pariwisata. Akan tetapi tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Kampar masih relatif rendah. Masalah ketenagakerjaan yang sampai saat ini masih belum bisa teratasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yaitu jumlah kamar hotel tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif, jumlah rumah makan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif, jumlah objek wisata berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif dan jumlah wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan negatif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Kampar. Kata Kunci: jumlah kamarhotel, jumlah rumah makan, jumlah objek wisata, jumlah wisatawan.
Abstrak Inggris :
Kampar Regency is one of the regencies on the island of Sumatra with great potential for economic development through the tourism sector. However, the level of employment in the tourism sector in Kampar Regency is still relatively low. Employment problems that until now still cannot be resolved. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression. The results of the study are the number of hotel rooms has no significant and positive relationship, the number of restaurants has no significant and positive relationship, the number of tourist objects has a significant and positive relationship and the number of tourists has a significant and negative effect on employment in the tourism sector in Kampar Regency.
