Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh struktur audit, konflik peran, ketidak jelasan peran dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja auditor pada masa pendemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan metode Conveniece Sampling, dan sampelnya adalah auditor yang berpartisipasi sejumlah 38 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dan data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan struktur audit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor, konflik peran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor, ketidakjelasan peran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor

This study aims to determine the effect of audit structure, role conflict, role ambiguity and emotional intelligence on auditor performance during the pandemic. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. In this study the method used for data collection is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all auditors who worked at the Pekanbaru City Public Accounting Firm (KAP). The sampling technique uses the Convenience Sampling method, and the sample is the auditors who participate in the number of 38 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, and the data obtained is processed using SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that audit structure affects auditor performance, role conflict affects auditor performance, role ambiguity does not affect auditor performance, emotional intelligence affects auditor performance .
