Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Studi Kasus Desa di Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden dengan pihak pengelola dana desa yang terdiri Kepala desa, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, Kepala Urusan Umum, dan Masyarakat sekitar desa. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi aparatur secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa, partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. This study aims to determine the influence of Apparatus Competence, Community Participation and Utilization of Information Technology on Village Fund Management Accountability (Village Case Study in Tapung District, Kampar Regency). This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 90 respondents with village fund managers consisting of the village head, village secretary, village treasurer, head of general affairs, and the community around the village. The research data were collected through questionnaires, processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The sampling technique used was Purpose sampling. While the data analysis used is data quality test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the competence of the apparatus partially had a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management, community participation had a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management, and the use of information technology had a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.
