Abstrak :

CV. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan dipan (sebuah bangku panjang bawahan kasur) dan sandaran Kasur yang berdiri pada tahun 2012, selama proses produksi dipan dan sandaran, CV. XYZ masih menggunakan tenaga manusia sebagai tenaga kerjanya, sehingga belum optimal dalam melakukan kegiatan tersebut beberapa keluhan pekerja dengan hasil tertinggi yaitu karyawan merasa kelelahan karena banyak produk yang harus diselesaikan dengan hasil 11, dan merasakan nyeri otot pada bagian leher belakang dan punggung dengan hasil 11, untuk keluhan terendah yaitu pekerja sering merasakan sakit disaluran pernapasan dengan hasil 5. Untuk produksi dipan dan sandaran selama 1 tahun dari bulan agustus sampai bulan juli, terdapat target produksi tertinggi yaitu pada bulan September dengan target produksi sebanyak 48 dan yang tercapai sebanyak 40 serta tidak terpenuhi sebanyak 8, dan pada bulan Mei dengan target produksi 48 yang tercapai hanya 42 serta tidak terpenuhi sebanyak 6 buah, untuk target terendah pada bulan oktober dengan target 35 buah, tercapai 35 buah sehingga target terpenuhi, untuk itu perlu adanya melakukan analisis beban kerja dan penentuan tenaga kerja optimal dengan menggunakan metode Workload Analysis. Adapun hasil dari analisis beban kerja dan penentuan tenaga kerja optimal menggunakan workload analysis yaitu beban kerja produksi dipan dan sandaran adalah sebesar 3,69 atau 369% dari waktu kerja total. Setelah didapatkan beban kerja optimal maka dilakukan penentuan tenaga kerja optimal yaitu 36 orang dari total pekerja CV. XYZ yaitu 11 orang dan setidaknya CV. XYZ menambah pekerja sebanyak 25 orang. Kata Kunci : Workload Analysis, Tenaga Kerja Optimal.

CV. XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacture of cots (a long bench under a mattress) and mattress backs which was established in 2012, during the production process of the cot and backrest, CV. XYZ still uses human labor as its workforce, so that it is not optimal in carrying out these activities, some of the complaints of workers with the highest results are employees feeling tired because there are many products that must be completed with 11 results, and feeling muscle pain in the back of the neck and back with 11 results, for the lowest complaint, that is, workers often feel pain in the respiratory tract with a result of 5. For the production of cots and backrests for 1 year from August to July, there is the highest production target, namely in September with a production target of 48 and 40 which were not met. as many as 8, and in May with a production target of 48, only 42 were achieved and 6 were not met, for the lowest target in October with a target of 35 units, 35 were achieved so that the target was met, for this reason it is necessary to carry out workload analysis and determination optimal workforce with m using the Workload Analysis method. The results of the workload analysis and determining the optimal workforce using workload analysis are the workload for the production of couches and backrests of 3,69 or 369% of the total working time. After obtaining the optimal workload, the optimal workforce was determined, namely 36 people from the total CV. XYZ ie 11 people and at least CV. XYZ added 25 workers. Keywords: CV.
