ABSTRAK Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pemberian Opini Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Pada Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2021 Oleh: Fegi Pratama Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Temuan Ketidakpatuhan terhadap Peraturan Perundang-Undangan (KTPPU), Temuan Kelemahan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (KSPI), dan Temuan Tindak Lanjut Rekomendasi Hasil Pemeriksaan (TLRHP) terhadap pemberian Opini BPK pada LKPD Provinsi dan 12 Kabupaten/Kota di Riau. Waktu amatan penelitian dilakukan selama tahun 2015 – 2021. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah entitas LKPD Pemerintah Provinsi dan 12 Kabupaten/Kota di Riau yang menjadi objek pemeriksaan BPK selama tahun 2015 - 2021. Alat analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian meyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial Temuan Ketidakpatuhan terhadap Peraturan Perundang-Undangan (KTPPU), Temuan Kelemahan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (KSPI) dan Temuan Tindak Lanjut Rekomendasi Hasil Pemeriksaan (TLRHP) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pemberian Opini BPK. Sedangkan secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pemberian Opini BPK. Ketiga variabel independen tersebut dapat mempengaruhi pemberian Opini BPK sebesar 50,6% sedangkan sisanya 49,4% lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti miasalnya variabel Rasio Kemandirian, Rasio Efektivitas, Rasio Efisiensi dan lain-lain. ABSTRACT Factors Influencing The Giving Of The Audit Board's Opinion On The Regional Government Financial Statements Of Riau Province For 2015-2021 By: Fegi Pratama This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of Findings of Non-Compliance with Legislation (KTPPU), Findings of Weaknesses in the Internal Control System (KSPI), and Findings of Follow-up Recommendations on Examination Results (TLRHP) on the provision of BPK Opinions to Provincial LKPDs and 12 Districts/Cities in Riau. The time of observation of the research was carried out during 2015 – 2021. The population and sample in this study were the LKPD entities of the Provincial Government and 12 Regencies/Cities in Riau which were objects of BPK audit during 2015 - 2021. The research analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that partially the Findings of Non-Compliance with Legislation (KTPPU), Findings of Weaknesses in the Internal Control System (KSPI) and Findings of Follow-Up Recommendations on Examination Results (TLRHP) had a significant positive effect on the provision of BPK Opinions. While simultaneously these three variables have an influence on the provision of BPK Opinion. These three independent variables can affect the provision of BPK Opinion by 50.6% while the remaining 49.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as the Independence Ratio variable, Effectiveness Ratio, Efficiency Ratio and others.
