Abstrak :
Perkembangan dunia pendidikan yang semakin kompleks menuntut siswa untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan berbagai perubahan kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, serta tuntutan akademik yang tinggi. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan stres akademik pada siswa. Resiliensi sebagai kemampuan untuk bertahan dan beradaptasi dalam situasi penuh tekanan diduga dapat memengaruhi tingkat stres akademik. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh resiliensi terhadap stres akademik pada siswa SMA Negeri 5 Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap stres akademik pada siswa SMA Negeri 5 Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain regresi linier sederhana. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,342 (P > 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara resiliensi terhadap stres akademik maka hipotesis pada penelitian ini ditolak. The increasingly complex development of the educational world requires students to adapt to various changes in curriculum, learning methods, and high academic demands. These conditions have the potential to cause academic stress among students. Resilience, as the ability to survive and adapt in stressful situations, is assumed to influence the level of academic stress. The problem addressed in this study is whether there is an effect of resilience on academic stress among students at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of resilience on academic stress among students at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. This research employed a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression design. The significance value of 0.342 (P > 0.05) indicates that there is no significant effect of resilience on academic stress; therefore, the hypothesis in this study is rejected.
