Abstrak :

Analisis sentimen merupakan metode yang krusial dalam memahami pandangan dan sikap masyarakat terhadap isu-isu politik yang sensitif. Salah satu isu yang kontroversial adalah keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi mengenai batasan usia calon presiden dan wakil presiden. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Random Forest (RF) untuk menganalisis sentimen terhadap putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) terkait batasan usia calon presiden dan wakil presiden. Data yang digunakan merupakan kumpulan teks yang berisi berbagai pendapat dan tanggapan masyarakat terhadap putusan MK tersebut, yang diambil dari X. Dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma pembelajaran mesin, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen dalam teks-teks tersebut menjadi positif, negatif, atau netral. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk klasifikasi adalah Random Forest. Pembagian data latih dan data uji dengan proporsi 90:10 menghasilkan skor terbaik dengan nilai akurasi 84.85%, nilai presisi 87.23%, nilai recall 84.85% dan nilai f1-score 80.44%. Sentiment analysis is a crucial method in understanding people's views and attitudes towards sensitive political issues. and public attitudes towards sensitive political issues. This research applies the Random Forest (RF) method to analyze sentiment towards the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) regarding the age limit of presidential and vice presidential candidates. The data used The data used is a collection of texts containing various opinions and responses from the to the Constitutional Court's decision, which was taken from X. By implementing machine learning algorithms, this research aims to classify the sentiment in these texts into positive, negative, or neutral. The algorithm used for classification is Random Forest. The division of training data and test data with a proportion of 90:10 produces the best score with an accuracy value of 84.85%, a value of 90:10. the best score with an accuracy value of 84.85%, precision value of 87.23%, recall value of 84.85%, and f1-score value of 80.85%.and f1-score value of 80.44%.
