Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem parkir sepeda motor semi-otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan autentikasi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) dan deteksi titik parkir secara real-time. Perancangan sistem ini dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan parkir yang masih dilakukan secara manual, di mana kendaraan belum terpantau secara real-time, kartu parkir pinjaman rawan hilang, dan petugas kesulitan mengetahui titik parkir yang masih kosong. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan beberapa komponen seperti modul RFID RC522, sensor ultrasonik, webcam, motor servo, dan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terhubung dengan dashboard monitoring berbasis website. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Prototype untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem yang fungsional, responsif, dan layak digunakan dalam pengelolaan parkir. Proses pengembangan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu pengumpulan kebutuhan, proses desain, pembangunan prototipe, serta evaluasi dan perbaikan. Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang untuk membantu petugas melakukan autentikasi kendaraan, memverifikasi kendaraan melalui dokumentasi visual, serta memantau ketersediaan titik parkir secara real-time melalui dashboard. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan autentikasi RFID dan validasi gambar dengan akurasi 100%, deteksi titik parkir dengan akurasi rata-rata 85%, serta responsivitas dashboard 100%, dengan persentase keberhasilan sistem secara keseluruhan sebesar 96,25% pada kategori Sangat Baik. Penggunaan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keamanan, efisiensi, serta kemudahan pengelolaan parkir sepeda motor secara real-time di lingkungan kampus.

This study aims to design a semi-automatic Internet of Things (IoT)-based motorcycle parking system with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) authentication and real-time parking spot detection. The design of this system is intended to address problems in manual parking management, in which vehicles are not monitored in real time, borrowed parking cards are prone to loss, and staff have difficulty determining which parking spots are still available. This system integrates several components, such as RC522 RFID modules, ultrasonic sensors, a webcam, servo motors, and an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a website-based monitoring dashboard. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a Prototype development model to produce a functional, responsive system that is feasible for use in parking management. The development process was carried out through several stages, namely requirements gathering, design process, prototype development, and evaluation and improvement. The developed system is designed to help staff perform vehicle authentication, verify vehicles through visual documentation, and monitor parking spot availability in real time through the dashboard. The development results show that the system is able to perform RFID authentication and image validation with 100% accuracy, parking spot detection with an average accuracy of 85%, and dashboard responsiveness of 100%, with an overall system success rate of 96.25%, categorized as Very Good. The use of this system is expected to improve the security, efficiency, and ease of real-time motorcycle parking management on campus.
